Ingredients

1 cup Rice Flakes

1 cup Groundnuts

2 tbsp Cashew nuts (Grated)

1 cup Green Gram Dal (Moong Dal)

1 cup Bengal Gram (Chana Dal)

Handful Curry Leaves

Fannel Seed powder 1 tsp

1 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tsp Black Salt

1 tsp Salt

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

2 tbsp Powdered Sugar

For deep frying Oil

Instructions

1

In a small bowl, combine the roasted fennel seed powder, black salt, turmeric powder, salt, red chilli powder, and powdered sugar. Mix well and set aside.

2

Immediately sprinkle some of the prepared spice mix over the hot rice flakes to ensure it coats well.

3

Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Using a strainer, deep-fry the rice flakes until crispy. Remove and drain on tissue paper.

4

Repeat the frying process for the groundnuts, cashew nuts, and curry leaves separately, draining them and seasoning with the spice mix after each batch.

5

Pat the soaked gram dal and moong dal dry with a cloth to remove excess moisture. Fry them until they turn golden and make a crackling sound, then season with the spice mix.

6

Once all ingredients are fried and seasoned, combine them all in a large bowl and mix thoroughly

7

Allow the mixture to cool completely before transferring it to an airtight container for storage.
