Ingredients

1 kg Peanuts

1 cup Jaggery

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

1

Place the peanuts in a pan and roast them until the skin color changes and they become nice and crunchy.

2

Once roasted, allow the peanuts to cool completely. Remove the skins and transfer the cleaned peanuts to a bowl.

3

Transfer the peanuts into a mixer jar and pulse-grind them to a nice, crumbly texture. Tip: Be careful not to grind them too fine, as this may release too much oil.

4

Add the jaggery and cardamom powder to the ground peanuts. Pulse again until the mixture is well combined and reaches a binding consistency.

5

Remove the mixture from the mixer jar. Take small portions of the crumbly mixture and roll them between your palms into round ladoos.
