Ingredients

1 cup Cashew Nuts (Chopped)

1 cup Almonds (Chopped)

1 cup Pistachios (chopped)

1 cup Walnuts (chopped)

25 piece Pitted Dates (chopped)

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

as needed Clarified Butter (Ghee)

Instructions

1

In a pan, roast the almonds for about 5 minutes until brown spots appear. Add the cashews and roast for another 5 minutes.

2

Add the pistachios and roast for 3 minutes. Transfer all roasted nuts to a plate. Optionally, roast the walnuts in the same pan for 2-3 minutes and add them to the plate.

3

In the same pan, lightly toast the pitted dates for about 2 minutes. Remove and keep aside.

4

Once the nuts have cooled completely, pulse them in a food processor or mixer jar to create a coarse mixture. Remove and set aside.

5

Add the dates to the food processor and grind until they become mushy.

6

Add the coarse nut mixture and cardamom powder to the dates in the food processor. Blend everything until well combined.

7

Grease your palms with a little ghee. Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round laddus.

8

Place in an airtight container. They stay fresh for 2-3 days at room temperature or up to one week in the refrigerator.
