Ingredients

1 cup Singhara Atta

1 cup Fresh greated coconut

2 cups Warm Water

3 cup Sugar

For garnishing Almond Flakes

For garnishing Pistachio Flakes

Instructions

Heat 4 tbsp ghee in a pan and add 1 cup singhara atta. Roast on low flame until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

Add ½ cup grated fresh coconut and sauté for 1 minute.

Gradually pour in 2 cups warm water, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Once thickened, add ¾ cup sugar and cook until the halwa leaves the sides of the pan.

Finish with ½ tsp cardamom powder and garnish with chopped nuts.
