This easy and refreshing fruit salad is the perfect side dish for any gathering! Packed with a vibrant mix of cantaloupe, mango, red grapes, strawberries, pineapple, kiwis, and blueberries, it offers the perfect balance of flavors and textures. The secret is the simple honey-lime dressing, which makes the natural sweetness of the fruit truly pop. It is healthy, delicious, and holds up well in the fridge, making it an excellent choice for your weekly meal prep.

4 cups Cantaloupe (peeled & cubed)
2 cups Mango (peeled & chopped)
2 cups Red Grapes (sliced)
2 cups Strawberries (chopped)
2 cups Pineapple (peeled & chopped)
2 cups Kiwis (peeled & chopped)
1 cup Blueberries
1 tsp Lime Zest
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Honey
Step 1— Prepare the Fruit
1
Cantaloupe: Trim the top and bottom, slice in half lengthwise, remove the seeds, cut into wedges, remove the rind, and chop into bite-sized pieces.
2
Mangoes: Peel using a potato peeler, slice the "cheeks" off around the central pit, then cut into bite-sized pieces.
3
Red Grapes: Simply slice them in half.
4
Strawberries: Remove the green tops, slice in half, then into quarters, and chop as needed.
5
Pineapple: Trim the top and bottom, slice in half, remove the fibrous core by angling your knife, remove the skin, and cut the remaining flesh into bite-sized pieces.
6
Kiwis: Trim the ends, peel with a potato peeler, slice in half lengthwise, and chop.
7
Blueberries: Simply add them to the mix.
Step 2— Prepare the Dressing
1
In a small bowl, combine 1/2 teaspoon of lime zest, 2-3 tablespoons of lime juice, and 1 tablespoon of honey.
2
Whisk the ingredients together until well combined.
Step 3— Combine and Serve
1
Place all the prepared fruit into a large glass bowl.
2
Drizzle the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.
3
Gently stir everything together to coat the fruit evenly.
