Ingredients

1 Full-Fat Milk

350 g Curd

1 tbsp Curd

3 tbsp Fresh Cream

5 tbsp Powdered Sugar

10 piece Saffron Strands

1 tbsp Hot Milk

For garnishing Chopped Dry Fruits

For garnishing Dried Rose Petals

For garnishing Silver Foil

Instructions

Boil the milk, cool it to a lukewarm temperature, add 1 tablespoon of curd, and let it set overnight to make thick yogurt.

Place the set yogurt into a muslin cloth or cotton strainer and hang it in the refrigerator for several hours until all the whey is drained to obtain 350g of hung curd.

Transfer the hung curd to a bowl and whisk it thoroughly until it becomes smooth and creamy.

Stir in the fresh cream and powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.

Soak saffron strands in a tablespoon of warm milk for a few minutes, then add this to the yogurt mixture and blend well.
