Ingredients

3 cup Pineapple (peeled & chopped)

3 cup Fresh Pineapple (crushed)

1 cup Semolina(Rava)

1 cup Sugar

1 cup Clarified Butter (Ghee)

12 Almonds

12 Cashew Nuts

10 Pistachios (Grated)

5 Cardamom Powder

2 cup Water

Instructions

1

Prepare the pineapple paste by blending pineapple chunks in a mixer jar until smooth.

2

Finely chop the almonds, cashews, and pistachios for garnish and mixing.

3

In the same pan, add the pineapple paste, sugar, and the remaining finely chopped pineapple chunks. Cook until the sugar dissolves and the pineapple pieces soften.

4

Pour in 2 cups of water and bring to a simmer. Add the roasted semolina, stirring gently on low flame for 3-4 minutes until the mixture thickens and the semolina puffs up.

5

Mix in the dry fruits and cardamom powder. Continue cooking until the halwa reaches a thick, dense consistency.

6

Stir in 2 additional teaspoons of ghee for extra shine and flavor. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.

7

Garnish with the reserved chopped nuts and serve warm.
