Ingredients

2 cups Semolina(Rava)

2 cups Grated coconut

3 cup Sugar

1 cup Boiled Milk

6 tsp Clarified Butter (Ghee)

2 tbsp Cashew nuts (Grated)

2 tsp Raisins

1 tsp Cardamom Powder

Instructions

Heat 2 teaspoons of ghee in a pan. Sauté chopped cashews until golden brown, then add raisins until they plump up. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add 2 more teaspoons of ghee and roast the semolina until it turns a light golden brown color. Transfer to a bowl.
